Updated Roadmap Study: Towards a Carbon‑Circular, Low‑CO₂ and Competitive Basic Industry (Deloitte & VUB‑IES)

The Flemish basic industry faces both a major challenge and a unique opportunity: the transition to a low‑carbon, circular and future‑proof economy. This final report outlines the current state of play, the impact of recent crises and policy changes, and the technological breakthroughs that could make a difference in the years ahead.
