Octrooicel | Workshop 2 : IP competitor watching: from ad-hoc alerts to a structured watch
How do you set up an effective internal IP watch to stay on top of your competitors – without drowning in information?
Praktisch
Allnex Anderlechtstraat 33 1620 Drogenbos
In this workshop, we cover how to design and implement your own IP watch (for startups as well as established companies), how to set sensible boundaries, and how to organize weekly or monthly email updates.
We’ll explore what’s possible with free versus paid databases, the difference between broad competitor monitoring and targeted watches, and how to turn findings into clear internal reports.
We’ll close with how to translate these insights into management-ready outputs, such as a “competitor ID card” with a dedicated IP section.
The workshop includes a company visit to allnex, a global leader in specialty chemicals (coating resins and additives).
