EYnovation™ Bootcamp | Raising VC Funding

EYnovation invited several experts who are eager to share with you some hands-on advice and tips & tricks to successfully close a fundraising. 

A three-day bootcamp

On Friday March 6, you're invited to the EY Wavespace in Antwerp for the kick-off of the bootcamp. Today, you'll get to know the investor landscape, listen to succesful entrepreneurs and their experience with raising VC funding, and will be trained on pitching techniques which will help you to finetune your investor pitch deck.

On Friday March 13, we’ll dive deeper into the topic of valuation and its importance to your fundraising. Next, we’ll listen to successful entrepreneurs and their experience with VCs on board. In the afternoon, we’ll assist you in building your own financial plan and detailed cash flow projections using EY's Finance Navigator. Afterwards, we’ll perform a detailed analysis of the contents of the term sheet, the document most commonly used during the negotiation phase.

The last day, Friday 20th, we’ll prepare you for an investor due diligence during a hands-on workshop. In the afternoon, each of you has the chance to pitch to a panel of business experts and VC investors. Finally, to close the bootcamp, you'll get the opportunity to network and connect.
