A three-day bootcamp
In this bootcamp we will address the following topics:
- TEAM: how to scale your team internationally? How to remunerate them? Do you need to work with contractors, local agents, or your own hires?
- COUNTRY SELECTION: What is the best country/market for your company to expand do? In a Growing Beyond Borders™ session, we will investigate which countries are best suited for you to expand to.
- LEGAL: what are the legal implication of going abroad and hiring people there? How do you make sure you don’t get in legal or IP trouble when targeting another market?
- TAX: What type of company structure is best for you to set up when going abroad? What are the taxes you need to take into account?

Day 2 – T.B.D, 1/1 Sessions week 2 of the bootcamp
In today’s fiercely competitive global market, success depends on finding and seizing new opportunities to grow your business and better manage risk. Organizations gain competitive advantage when they can quickly and easily access the right data and insights to help them make smart business decisions and implement them quickly. On day 2, we will conduct individual Growing Beyond Borders session with the participating startups and scale-ups. In this personalized session, we help you quickly and easily work with the complex data specific to your business to help you make strategic business decisions on international expansion.
