Eligible enterprises will receive a letter from VLAIO. All you have to do is to claim the premium through our web application.

Within 60 days after the letter has been sent or - in case the roadworks come to an end before these 60 days - before the roadworks have come to an end, the entrepreneur must claim the premium through our web application. You will receive the premium as soon as possible after you have claimed it. If you have to close your enterprise temporarily because of the roadworks, you can also apply for the closure premium.
