Your enterprise pays 15% directly to the service provider. The service provider then requests reimbursement from VLAIO. VLAIO provides an 85% contribution following verification of the completed greening scan. The contribution amounts to a maximum of €10,000 per project, excluding VAT. If your enterprise undertakes a more expensive project, VLAIO may accept this subject to justification, but its contribution remains limited to €10,000 excluding VAT.
