Partly based on the insights gained from the preliminary process (and the market consultation), BZA and AG Digipolis Antwerpen have tendered a contract for the development of the MobiBIC platform.

In doing so, BZA and AG Digipolis Antwerpen followed the competitive procedure with negotiation. The contract was awarded to Starring Jane.
