Results

The assignment resulted in an overview of methods, examples and tools that enable users of spatial development processes to select the relevant ESD and appropriate assessment methods and/or data based on the characteristics of the process and the project. It also indicates how these methods can be applied and interpreted within the course of the process. The output of the study was intended to provide input for a knowledge portal to be developed, for which concrete working methods and guidelines (manual) would be provided. However, the results are not currently being actively implemented within the Environmental Impacts team.
