The Roads & Traffic Agency and the Department of Mobility and Public Works launched a tender via a competitive procedure with negotiation. Market participants wishing to take part in the tender must first be shortlisted on the basis of a number of selection criteria. The three best candidates will be provided with the tender documents, after which the best tender will be selected on the basis of the award criteria.
