Preparation
During the preparatory phase, in collaboration with Addestino, the functional and technical requirements for a digital reporting tool were defined in detail. The preparatory phase ran from March to August 2025 and consisted of the following components:
- Identifying the needs of the demand side
- Analysing available technologies
- Identifying technological risks
- Drawing up an action plan for innovative procurement
