In October 2024 Addestino Innovation Management was appointed to focus on the needs and challenges of Audit Flanders, to conduct this preliminary process. The past months, the needs and wishes were mapped out in the form of workshops. This included the following working points:

  1. Mapping the As-Is situation of current audit processes.
  2. Drawing up use cases: sharpening the needs of stakeholders employees Audit Flanders.
  3. Prioritizing use cases: validating and jointly prioritizing use cases that have been drawn up.
  4. Read-out of state-of-the-art analysis & reference architecture: based on the prioritized use cases and a state-of-the-art analysis, Addestino proposes a reference architecture, which will be important for determining the relevant players for the market consultation.

On Tuesday, June 24, 2025, in collaboration with PIP and Addestino, Audit Flanders is organizing a market consultation to understand the readiness of the market players to provide the predefined technical and functional requirements of the reference architecture.
