From February 2022 to 30 November 2023, the assignment for the use case ‘Determining personal noise exposure during the night and linking this to health effects, sleep disturbance and noise appreciation’ was carried out by Ghent University in collaboration with the Provincial Institute for Hygiene (PIH). The final report of this use case presents the results of the research and is available on the FRIS portal.

A second assignment for the development of a roadmap for the roll-out of a sensor monitoring network for a CitizenScience project was awarded to Ghent University and Roger Van Overstraeten Society vzw (Scivil) and started in April 2023.  The final report of this use case was delivered in June 2025 and is available on the FRIS portal.
